1 tablespoon fresh lavender flowers or 1 1/2 teaspoons
of dried lavender (use organic flowers if they are available).
2 cups of organic honey
Rinse the flowers, place them in a saucepan. Pour the
honey into the pan and heat until just warm. Do not
use high heat as it may spoil the honey. Pour the mixture
into hot sterilized glass jars and seal tightly. Store
at room temperature.
