Fresh Herb
Salad
Prepare 6 cups of mescaline
or tender green lettuce. Sprinkle with leaves of any
combination of the following herbs - chives, thyme,
marjoram, lemon balm, coriander, mint, parsley, dill,
chervil, basil, tarragon; and Michael's
Culinary Lavender, calendula & nasturtium.
Sprinkle salad lightly with sea salt and fresh ground
pepper. Toss with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive
oil - plain or herb infused. Add 1-2 table spoons of
fresh lemon juice. Top with shaved parmesan if desired. |
